Usually our product takes 10 to 15 business days from being processed to get shipped and this all happens after we are done with the payment clearance. Once we will be all set to ship your package, we will inform you via email regarding your purchased item’s shipping and tracking details. But, in case, if, any there will be any delay as per the timings and estimated duration mentioned by us in the email, so feel free to contact us on the same email for product inquiry and we would be quick with our response. Please, be aware that delay in delivery might occur because of the quality checking or shortage of material. However, our shipments are mostly delivered on time, but it can take bit more time to get delivered in some countries because of security issues; it may take up to 20 business days or as per the situation.

We collaborate with most trusted services including FEDEX & DHL and etc. And to facilitate our valued customers even specifically, we send them an email having the tracking number and shipping details after dispatching it from our warehouse. If, by chance, you will not be able to collect your purchased item details because of any unavailability, you can surely assign your neighbor for receiving the package on your behalf or you can also leave an absence note on your exit-door pointing towards your neighbors’ door. This is how, in your absence, your neighbors can sign and receive the parcel in your place.

In order to make an appropriate delivery or package, we totally depend on your payment details and address details that you provide while placing order.  So, it’s your duty to provide us with your correct shipping address with the contact number and relevant details and if you will not give us proper address details than we will use your PayPal address details to deliver good. Remember, we do not ever send packages to PO Boxes APO/FPO addresses. Thus, it is obligatory to give us your complete residential or physical / address for shipping.

Get NOTIFICATIONS BY RAGE LEATHER:

Once you are done with placing the order on our website, you will receive an email noticing about your order confirmation and a complete copy of an invoice of purchased item. However, if you will not receive a notice, then it should be understood that your registration got failed due to any technical problem/issue. The requested item will not be shipped or get into the process until we send you the confirmation receipt.

METHOD TO CLAIM FOR DAMAGE ITEM AND LATE DELIVERY:

We care most towards our valued customers and are always ready to compensate if our product fails to get delivered on time or the buyers stay unable to track their consignment in a given estimated time duration. And, unfortunately, if customer will receive the purchased item with damage or something unlikely, then we most welcome your complain. In this case, you are allowed to contact us through an email within 07 working days from the date you got the parcel. In both the cases, we won’t mind crediting back your amount to the credit card or PayPal account, or if you want than replacement will be provided.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:

After you will be notified about the product shipping and tracking ID via an email. Most probably, the delivery of product will take 10 to 12 business days to get delivered at your mentioned address.
