How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It's coming, it's coming, it's coming! We ship orders on Mondays - Wednesdays - Fridays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, but there might be some delays – especially after releases! Your patience is appreciated. Once we ship your gear, it'll get there in about this long: DHL Express: Costs a bit more, but hey – it's DHL and fully trackable. Your stuff will arrive in about 3-5 working days once shipped. We suggest using a work address to because they'll usually deliver between the hours of 9-5 and request an autograph. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick up.

Duties & Taxes:

Some countries may charge import duties or other random fees. Sorry, we have no control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept PayPal payments. Don't worry if you don't have an account, because PayPal also allows you to make card payments.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Absolutely - nothing to be worried about! We have bunches of super nerdy encryption thingmos in place so that your payment is secure and your details remain 'secret squirrel'. For the techno geeks out there – we us the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

How do I place an Order?

Simply add items to your basket. Rage Leather will easily guide you through the checkout. If you find it difficult to place an order, please call us and we will be more than happy to assist you. Once you have place an order, you will receive an email that your order has been received. Another email will follow as soon as we have sent your parcel.

How do I know what size to order?

The sizes shown for the product are staying true to size, if nothing else is given. If our sizing chart is not helping, please contact us for more information.

Do I need an account to place an order?

We prefer that you register an account with us but guest checkout is also available.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once we dispatch your order, We will provide you DHL Tracking Number to track your order online.

How Can I Return a Product?

We continually strive to provide our customers with the highest quality and excellence, and while we do hope you love your pair of RageLeather, however, if you are not a 100% satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to exchange or return the items, as long as they are not worn damaged or used. Unworn, unaltered and unused items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the original order date. Please allow up to two weeks for the exchange or return to be processed.
